FAQ'sHow long has TMMG been in business? |
TMMG has been in business since 1999. Unlike other lead companies, all we generate are mortgage leads. This means our staff and management has extensive experience with all aspects of the Mortgage Industry. Your message will be delivered to prospective borrowers in a knowledgeable, professional manner.
Our staff and management are thoroughly trained in proper calling techniques, procedures, program goals and objectives to ensure your campaign will be a success. |
| Are my leads generated by a recording or a real person? |
| TMMG leads are generated by trained, professional sales people. Never is a voice broadcast or any type of recording used to deliver your message! |
| Are my leads being generated in the United States or in another country? |
| Your leads are generated right here in the United States by employees of TMMG. We do not engage in the practice of outsourcing labor to foreign countries. |
| Do you bill me for the long distance phone charges? |
| Absolutely not. Unlike other Call Centers, we do not charge you for Long Distance tolls. You and the prospect stay connected as long as you like on our phone lines. |
| Do you sell my leads to other companies? |
| Never. |
| What are my technology requirements? |
| A phone line and a computer with internet access. Long distance is not required. |
| What information will be on the lead sheet? |
The leads we produce are more or less a mini 1003. We capture 1st and 2nd mortgage information - where they work - how long they've worked - income - but most significantly, on 50-60% of the leads we produce, we are able to get permission to run credit, date of birth and social security number. We won't forward a lead that doesn't at least have a date of birth or social security number; this is how we solidify the interest of the prospective borrower.
We're located in the Mid-West and we pay our agents between $9 and $12 an hour - which is enough to actually make a living. We do not pay our phone reps per lead. This helps us preserve the lead quality and also gives us more flexibility with the script and parameters. We will train and dedicate an appropriate number of telephone sales representatives to ensure the campaign goals and objectives are fulfilled, based on the turnaround time required by you

| Is there a delay between when I have the prospect on the phone and when I have access to their information? |
| Not at all. Once you enter the prospect’s telephone number, all the lead information appears instantaneously as long as you are using a high speed internet connection. Dial up users may experience a delay while your Internet Service Provider is retrieving information from our website. |
| How much do the transfers cost? |
